What every price includes.
Nothing is done and nothing is charged until you have seen the price and agreed to it. Where a figure above is a starting point rather than a fixed price, you get the real number before any chargeable work begins.
No fix, no fee.
If the repair does not work, you do not pay for it. Data recovery is the single exception, and that page explains exactly why.
Extras are quoted first.
Prices cover our work. Parts, hardware, software licenses and third-party subscriptions are separate, and always quoted before they are bought.
No surprise changes.
If a starting-price job turns out to need more work, you see the real number before chargeable work continues.
The one extra
Getting to you, and paying us.
One flat fee for the trip, the same anywhere in our service area. There is no distance charge and no surcharge.
Travel fee
$19.99 flat
Where we collect your machine, the $19.99 is pickup & delivery. It covers taking it away and bringing it back. It is held on a card beforehand rather than charged, and you pay it along with the service when we hand the machine back. Drop it off and collect it yourself and there is no fee, and no card hold either.
Where we come to you instead, the $19.99 is the call-out fee. It is held the same way, and if the work goes ahead it comes off the price, so you pay the service price and nothing more. Either way, if no work goes ahead, the $19.99 is all you pay.
Remote assistance has no fee at all, because nobody has to travel. Tech help and tutoring has no separate one — the travel is already inside the on-site first hour.
