What we help with

Grouped by the kind of problem they solve rather than by the technology involved. Every one of them starts the same way — you tell us what is going on, and we tell you what it will cost before anything happens.
Without a visit

Plenty of this never needs a visit.

Software, drivers, email and accounts can usually be sorted the same day, without anyone coming out and without a call-out fee.

When a problem lives in software rather than hardware, there is often no reason for anyone to drive anywhere. Programs that will not install, drivers that broke after a Windows update, email on a new phone, accounts that need setting up properly across your devices — all of it can be handled while you sit where you are.

It is the quickest way to get help from us, and the cheapest, because there is no trip to pay for. And when a job genuinely does need someone in the room, we will tell you that before you book rather than after.

Computers

When the machine itself is the problem.

Laptops and desktops — broken, slow, infected, brand new, or holding files you need back.

Learning it yourself

Tech help and tutoring.

Not a repair. Sitting down together and going through it until it makes sense.

One-on-one help with Windows and the everyday things — email, photos, printing, video calls, staying safe online. At whatever pace suits you, for as long as it takes, and without anyone making you feel silly for asking.

There are no dumb questions here. Most of what people apologize for asking is something the computer genuinely does badly, not something you got wrong.

However you find us

The same promise on every one of these.

Nothing is done and nothing is charged until you have seen the price and agreed to it. We diagnose first, tell you what it will cost, and you decide.

No fix, no fee. If the repair does not work, you do not pay for it. Data recovery is the single exception, and that page explains exactly why.

And if the honest answer is that a job is not worth doing, we will tell you that instead of taking the work.

Not sure which one you need?

Just tell us what's wrong
